I actually stopped caffeine intake completely a few months ago. I was an excessive consumer of it and decided to try to take some time away. It is weird, but now I have a sleep schedule. I go to bed at night, fall right asleep, and wake up without an alarm at the same time every day. For me, that is what kept me away from it.
