I agree with the main premise, but disagree with this point. As a programmer, I can say that anyone can learn programming. You don’t need a college degree. I actually think programming should be universally taught in schools. There is a ton of benefits to learning programming, and I don’t want to exclude anyone who thinks they can’t do it. They can.
