I think transparency is the key to good governance. That is why as a prerequisite of a pardon is the sharing of information. Unfortunately, I don’t see him ever agreeing to that stipulation. Therefore, the only recourse is punishment at this point. Every action he takes makes it more likely that he will be unable to escape without prosecution.
