It is time for cooler heads to prevail. I have seen enough, and I want you to stop fighting. Let’s go to the tape, and figure out what happened here.
History
For all of history, humans have been making larger and larger social groups. First families, then tribes, then villages, etc. Everybody’s lives got easier with the more people they added to the group. There is a big reason for this.
Fighting wastes energy that could be used to help the species survive.
Connection
Through the internet, we are all connected to each other. This is when humanity was supposed to come together. Unfortunately, though, the formation of the internet was preceded by the invention of the computer breaking the world economy.
Economy
We need to fix the economy so we can fix humanity. The way to fix the economy is to give. I am working on some other ways to help move the economy in the right direction from other angles.
The Bug
For the first time in history, we are now fully connected as a society. We just have a bug that computers introduced, so we need to fix it. Through our fully connected society, we have an abundance of choice and innovation. Computers screwed up our relationships.
We can pull away from the brink though. Everybody, just take a deep breath. Remember that we are all human. We all want the same thing. We all want the world to be the best place for ourselves and those we care about. Don’t waste energy on hate. It just isn’t worth it. The future is bright once we can let the past go.
Forgiveness
There is a reason that the word ‘give’ is part of ‘forgive’. We take whatever happened in the past and we store that energy in the present. Then we give energy to the future. Let’s start directing that energy in positive directions. I think you will see that there is really nothing to be afraid of.
People are people. They have had experiences too, some like you, and some not. It is by combining those experiences that we fully get to understand our universe. Let’s stop fighting and start working together to solve the world’s problems.
